One of Collie’s most-loved and critical community facilities, the Collie Mine Workers Institute supports major events such as school graduations, community forums, pensioner lunches, weddings, dancing classes and concerts. Originally built in 1953, the facility is ageing and in significant need of major upgrades. The investment by WA Labor would support a range of upgrades including enhanced disability access and toilets.
