Spencer Park Education Support Centre to benefit under WA Labor

A re-elected Cook Labor Government has committed its support for major upgrades to Spencer Park Education Support Centre in Albany.

A re-elected Cook Labor Government has committed its support for major upgrades to Spencer Park Education Support Centre in Albany.

The school provides a specialist setting for students in kindergarten to year 6 with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities and those with extensive learning needs.

WA Labor has committed $12 million to deliver significant upgrades to the school, which includes refurbishments for ageing classrooms as well as accessibility and general campus upgrades.

It builds on WA Labor’s major education infrastructure announcement last week, with $745 million committed for new and improved schools across the State, including an unprecedented $286 million

School Infrastructure Fund for major upgrades to older schools.
